A <strong>oferta<\/strong>, conforme comunicado pela Petrobras, ser\u00e1 feita em conjunto com a Novonor \u2013 ex-Oderbrecht \u2013 que tamb\u00e9m det\u00e9m uma fatia do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">capital social<\/a> da petroqu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<p>No\u00a0prospecto\u00a0do<strong>\u00a0follow-on<\/strong>, protocolado na\u00a0Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM), n\u00e3o consta o que a estatal far\u00e1 com o dinheiro que ser\u00e1 levantado pela na\u00a0<strong>oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0da Braskem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, a <strong>Novonor<\/strong>, que est\u00e1 em recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, prev\u00ea utilizar uma fatia do capital que levantar para liquidar ou amortizar algumas das suas d\u00edvidas em opera\u00e7\u00f5es com grandes bancos, como o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/BBDC4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">Bradesco (BBDC4)<\/a>, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/ITUB4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">Ita\u00fa (ITUB4)<\/a> e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/SANB11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">Santander (SANB11)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-de-controle-de-investimentos\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Controle-de-Investimentos.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Controle-de-Investimentos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"75934\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Controle-de-Investimentos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Neste contexto, vale destacar que as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Novonor est\u00e3o alienadas a credores \u2013 que, por sua vez, autorizaram a B3 a fazer a transfer\u00eancia aos compradores.
