A Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Tel\u00e9grafos (ECT)<\/strong> estaria sendo preparada para a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo o governo,<\/strong> o modelo de neg\u00f3cios dos Correios estaria ultrapassado. Entretanto, a empresa continua tendo um alto valor estrat\u00e9gico, necessitando apenas ser renovada para enfrentar os novos desafios. Em particular o crescimento das vendas on-line.<\/p>\n

O ministro da Economia, Paulo Guedes,<\/strong> declarou em uma entrevista ao canal Globo News, que os Correios<\/strong> j\u00e1 estavam na lista das empresas a ser privatizadas. Durante a campanha eleitoral o ent\u00e3o candidato Bolsonaro<\/strong> chegou a ventilar a hip\u00f3tese de vender os Correios. Entretanto, logo depois de assumir a Presid\u00eancia o mandat\u00e1rio voltou atr\u00e1s, mas agora parece que se convenceu da necessidade dessa venda.<\/p>\n\n

O Minist\u00e9rio da Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> tinha apresentado resist\u00eancias sobre a possibilidade de vender os Correios.<\/strong> Entretanto, o ministro Marcos Pontes estaria mais favor\u00e1vel a ideia.<\/p>\n

Modelo de neg\u00f3cios superado<\/h2>\n

Segundo o Planalto,<\/strong> para que os Correios<\/strong> possam sobreviver eles tem que se tornar mais competitivos e ter menos amarras.<\/p>\n

A empresa se tornou recentemente centro de uma s\u00e9rie de esc\u00e2ndalos de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, entre os quais o Mensal\u00e3o.<\/strong> Seu fundo de pens\u00e3o, o Postalis,<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m foi alvo de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es por den\u00fancia de desvio de recursos dos empregados. Por isso, h\u00e1 cinco anos, os aposentados dos Correios acabaram tendo um desconto de at\u00e9 25% em seus benef\u00edcios para tentar cobrir as perdas do fundo de pens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Guedes e as privatiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n

O ministro da Economia, Paulo Guedes,<\/strong> afirmou na \u00faltima quarta-feira (17) que a lista de privatiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> de estatais feita pelo governo<\/strong> inclui empresas que ningu\u00e9m espera serem vendidas. “Tem empresas que v\u00e3o ser privatizadas que voc\u00eas nem suspeitam ainda”, disse o ministro em entrevista \u00e0 “Globo News”.<\/p>\n

Guedes<\/strong> ainda insinuou que o presidente Bolsonaro<\/strong> fez questionamentos sobre uma eventual privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Petrobras.<\/strong>\u00a0O ministro foi questionado pelo jornalista se a crise sobre o pre\u00e7o do diesel<\/strong> n\u00e3o coloca a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da estatal como uma possibilidade. Diante disso, Guedes<\/strong> afirmou: “Olha, voc\u00ea acabou de dizer um neg\u00f3cio que o presidente levantou a sobrancelha”.<\/p>\n\t
