Os 342 milh\u00f5es restantes ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos por meio de a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais (CGAS5), considerando o valor de R$ 11,4 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 para o<strong> JCP da Comg\u00e1s<\/strong>\u00a0R$ 22,5 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o pagos em a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias, no valor de R$ 0,21 por a\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto os R$ 6,85 restantes ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos em a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais por valor unit\u00e1rio de R$ 0,23.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e3o considerados aptos para o recebimento dos dividendos e JCP os detentores de a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia at\u00e9 o final do <strong>preg\u00e3o do dia 9 de dezembro<\/strong> de 2021. A partir do dia 10 os pap\u00e9is ser\u00e3o negociados sem o direito de recebimento.
