Desde 1\u00ba de dezembro, as cotas ser\u00e3o negociadas ex-<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">dividendos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Os lucros que ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos foram obtidos pelo fundo imobili\u00e1rio em novembro. O valor \u00e9 3,8% maior que os <strong>rendimentos<\/strong> distribu\u00eddos no m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>No m\u00eas anterior, os rendimentos pagos pelo FII somaram R$ 1,30. O rendimento do dividendo, chamado de dividend yield, passou de 0,58% para 0,61%. No per\u00edodo acumulado dos \u00faltimos 12 meses, o dividend yield somou 6,27%.<\/p>\n<p>Trata-se de um <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> de Fundo de Tijolo, que faz investimentos em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lajes-corporativas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">Lajes Corporativas<\/a>.
