Ser\u00e3o contemplados os cotistas posicionados no fundo no fim da sess\u00e3o de ontem. A partir de hoje (1), o fundo ser\u00e1 negociado sem direito ao benef\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Os lucros que ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos foram obtidos pelo fundo imobili\u00e1rio em novembro. O valor \u00e9 4,3% maior que os <strong>rendimentos<\/strong> distribu\u00eddos no m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, os <strong>dividendos do ARRI11<\/strong> somaram R$ 1,41 por cota. Com isso, o dividend yield do fundo foi de 1,46% para 1,56% nesta compara\u00e7\u00e3o. O dividend yield do fundo nos \u00faltimos doze meses \u00e9 de 15,16%.<\/p>\n<p>Trata-se de um <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> de Fundo de Papel, que faz investimentos em Pap\u00e9is.
