De acordo com o sistema da <strong>CVM<\/strong>, os acusados tiveram a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de propor <strong>termo de compromisso<\/strong>, similar a um acordo financeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, o processo seria encerrado.\u00a0O colegiado da CVM aguarda que a <strong>proposta<\/strong> seja apresentada para <strong>avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[optin-monster-shortcode id=&#8221;npkxlwaleraa8psvnego&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>O que diz a XP<\/h2>\n<p>Em nota, a <strong>XP<\/strong> afirmou que o novo processo envolve <strong>&#8220;pequenas infra\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221;<\/strong>. E que surgiu de auditoria feita pela <strong>CVM<\/strong> em 2016, referente ao ano-base 2015. A autarquia teria identificado supostas <strong>falhas<\/strong> na formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de alguns procedimentos da empresa, dentre os quais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a indica\u00e7\u00e3o do diretor no site na CVM;<\/li>\n<li>a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimento escrito para identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de comitente final;<\/li>\n<li>e de procedimento escrito de numera\u00e7\u00e3o de TEDs no sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;Importante refor\u00e7ar que a <strong>acusa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> n\u00e3o envolve qualquer problema com cliente, reclama\u00e7\u00e3o, perda, preju\u00edzo, opera\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal ou qualquer outra infra\u00e7\u00e3o de natureza material. O problema, na vis\u00e3o da autarquia, estaria relacionado \u00e0 <strong>formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o escrita das rotinas internas<\/strong> da companhia, no ano de 2015&#8243;, declarou a XP em nota.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/xp-investimentos-ipo-fim-ano-2020\/\">Saiba mais &#8211;\u00a0XP Investimentos deixa o IPO para fim do ano ou 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A corretora de investimentos tamb\u00e9m alegou manter rotinas de controles internos\u00a0&#8220;totalmente aderentes \u00e0 norma 505&#8221;.
