No ano, contudo, o papel acumula uma queda de 11,04%, frente ao fechamento a R$ 27,09 ao final de dezembro de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que o pagamento de primeira parcela desses dividendos aprovados em abril aconteceu no dia 31 de maio deste ano. O valor da fatia somava R$ 87.911.126,90.<\/p>\n<p>O montante total da primeira parcela correspondia a R$ 0,10 por cada<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\"><strong> a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/a> da Alupar, R$ 0,10 por<strong> papel preferencial<\/strong> e R$ 0,30 por Unit da companhia.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77053\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Os acionistas que tiveram direito de receber os <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/dividendos\/\">dividendos <\/a>foram aqueles com a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia ao final do preg\u00e3o do dia 27 de abril.<\/p>\n<p>Entre janeiro e mar\u00e7o, a companhia anotou um lucro l\u00edquido societ\u00e1rio de R$ 323,4 milh\u00f5es, contra R$ 211,6 milh\u00f5es apurados um ano antes.<\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, a receita l\u00edquida da Alupar entre janeiro e mar\u00e7o subiu 22,8% na varia\u00e7\u00e3o ano a ano, para R$ 1,601 bilh\u00e3o. Ao mesmo tempo, o seu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> avan\u00e7ou 58,6% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os tr\u00eas primeiros meses do ano passado, e totalizou R$ 1,108 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4>Mais dividendos anunciados hoje:<\/h4>\n<h2>Porto Seguro (PSSA3) corrige valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o de JCP<\/h2>\n<p>A <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/PSSA3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\"><strong>Porto Seguro<\/strong> (PSSA3)<\/a> corrigiu o valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o a ser distribu\u00eddo como <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/entenda-o-jcp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio<\/a> (JCP) para R$ 0,27730.<\/p>\n<p>Os<strong> JCP da Porto Seguro<\/strong> foram anunciados em 26 de outubro, mas, em seu comunicado divulgado anteriormente, a seguradora apontava que o valor pago por a\u00e7\u00e3o seria de R$ 0,2758493.<\/p>\n<p>Ao todo, a companhia pagar\u00e1\u00a0 R$ 177,431 milh\u00f5es em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/entenda-o-jcp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio<\/a>, relativos ao segundo semestre desse ano. Cabe destacar que sobre esse montante incidir\u00e1 reten\u00e7\u00e3o de 15% de imposto de renda na fonte, o que tamb\u00e9m afetar\u00e1 o valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os investidores que receber\u00e3o a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o aqueles que detinham <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es da<\/strong> <strong>Porto Seguro\u00a0<\/strong>ao final do preg\u00e3o de 29 de outubro. Desde o dia 1 de novembro, os pap\u00e9is est\u00e3o sendo\u00a0 negociados como ex-juros.<\/p>\n<p>O pagamento ser\u00e1 efetuado at\u00e9 30 de maio do ano que vem, mas podendo ser realizado antes.<\/p>\n<p>A<strong> a\u00e7\u00e3o da Porto Seguro (PSSA3)<\/strong> encerrou o preg\u00e3o de hoje em queda de 1,45%, valendo R$ 23,83.
