No per\u00edodo acumulado dos \u00faltimos 12 meses, o dividend yield somou 13,30%.<\/p>\n<p>Este <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> \u00e9 um FII de Fundo de Papel, que aloca seus recursos em FIIs como GCRI11, XPLG11 e HSLG11, entre outros.
