A <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/margem-ebitda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">margem Ebitda<\/a> recorrente foi e 80,7%, alta de 1,49 ponto percentual em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>No segmento <strong>Listado<\/strong>, o volume financeiro m\u00e9dio di\u00e1rio negociado no mercado \u00e0 vista de a\u00e7\u00f5es (ADTV) cresceu 9,6% e o volume de contratos futuros de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/indice-de-acoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">\u00edndice de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a>, 59,8%. As performances refletiram a maior capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de mercado, influenciada pelas ofertas p\u00fablicas realizados nos \u00faltimos doze meses e pela recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do valor das a\u00e7\u00f5es listadas no segmento.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-da-vida-financeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/400x300-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1420x240-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"106682\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1420x240-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>B3: opera\u00e7\u00f5es de ofertas p\u00fablicas levantaram R$ 48,5 bilh\u00f5es entre 17 IPOs e 8 follow-ons<\/h2>\n<p>As opera\u00e7\u00f5es de ofertas p\u00fablicas no <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-de-capitais-conceito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">mercado de capitais<\/a> levantaram R$ 48,5 bilh\u00f5es entre 17 ofertas p\u00fablicas iniciais (IPOs, na sigla ingl\u00eas) e oito ofertas subsequentes de a\u00e7\u00f5es (follow-ons). O n\u00famero de investidores individuais no mercado de a\u00e7\u00f5es expandiu 4,1% ante os tr\u00eas meses passados, atingindo 3,3 milh\u00f5es de CPFs.<\/p>\n<p>Os volumes de emiss\u00f5es e o estoque de instrumentos de capta\u00e7\u00e3o banc\u00e1ria registrados registraram alta de 3,3% e 7,6%, respectivamente, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o, principalmente, do crescimento de emiss\u00f5es de CDB, que representaram 71,8% das novas emiss\u00f5es durante o trimestre. J\u00e1 o estoque m\u00e9dio de instrumentos de d\u00edvida corporativa aumentou 6,8%, com as deb\u00eantures de leasing representando 20,3% do estoque m\u00e9dio de d\u00edvida corporativa no segundo trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>As receitas totais da bolsa totalizaram R$ 2,5 bilh\u00f5es, queda de 0,9% frente ao terceiro trimestre do ano passado e de 6,1% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com segundo trimestre deste ano. A B3 comenta que no terceiro trimestre do ano passado e no segundo trimestre deste ano a companhia foi positivamente impactada pela revers\u00e3o de provis\u00f5es n\u00e3o recorrentes. Excluindo esse efeito, as receitas deste terceiro trimestre teriam sido 7,1% maiores que no mesmo intervalo de 2020 e 1,4% menor do que no segundo trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>B3<\/strong> informa que revisou a <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/alavancagem-financeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">alavancagem financeira<\/a> de at\u00e9 1,5 vezes para at\u00e9 2,0 vezes na rela\u00e7\u00e3o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-bruta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">d\u00edvida bruta<\/a> sobre Ebitda recorrente dos \u00faltimos 12 meses em consequ\u00eancia da capta\u00e7\u00e3o de US$ 700 milh\u00f5es em t\u00edtulos de d\u00edvida (bonds) no <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-externo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">mercado externo<\/a>. Os recursos ser\u00e3o usados para honrar vencimentos de dividas de 2022.
