A Sabesp acrescentou ainda que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 condicionada \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o m\u00ednima de 750 milh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/meirelles-privatizar-sabesp-estelionato\/\">Saiba mais: Meirelles diz que privatizar a Sabesp n\u00e3o seria &#8216;estelionato eleitoral&#8217;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O mercado n\u00e3o reagiu bem \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Por volta das 15 horas, as <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> da companhia caiam 1,92%, negociadas a R$ 39,86. No quarto semestre do ano passado, a empresa registrou um lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>[optin-monster-shortcode id=&#8221;npkxlwaleraa8psvnego&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong><\/a>) obteve resultado de R$ 2,32 bilh\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa\u00a0acumulou um <strong>lucro l\u00edquido<\/strong> de R$ 2,835 bilh\u00f5es em 2018, um aumento de 12,5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<h2>Privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o e capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>No \u00faltimo dia primeiro de abril, o secret\u00e1rio\u00a0da Fazenda e Planejamento do Governo de S\u00e3o Paulo, Henrique Meirelles, descartou a possibilidade da venda ou capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sabesp para este ano.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo <strong>Meirelles<\/strong> as opera\u00e7\u00f5es envolvendo a <strong>Sabesp<\/strong> s\u00f3 devem ser concretizadas em 2020.\u00a0&#8220;O ponto novo \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de prazo. E temos grupos trabalhando nas duas coisas.
