A autarquia federal entendeu haver algumas irregularidades na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais publicit\u00e1rios relativos \u00e0 oferta. Desta forma, a corretora informa que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 trabalhando na regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o dos materiais e, em breve, ir\u00e1 comunicar ao mercado acerca dos pr\u00f3ximos passos a fim de retomar a oferta, mantendo seu compromisso com a transpar\u00eancia e alinhamento com seus clientes e o mercado&#8221;, diz a corretora.<\/p>\n<h2>Rio Bravo mirava R$ 150 milh\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>De acordo com o prospecto preliminar, referente \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de <strong>cotas<\/strong> da primeira <strong>emiss\u00e3o<\/strong>, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>fundo<\/strong> \u00e9 captar R$ 150 milh\u00f5es (1,5 milh\u00e3o de cotas de R$ 100 cada), sem considerar cotas do lote adicional.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>oferta<\/strong> \u00e9 destinada para <strong>investidores<\/strong> institucionais e n\u00e3o institucionais, inclusive pessoas f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n<p>A Rio Bravo informou que ir\u00e1 se pronunciar nos meios previstos pela <strong>autarquia<\/strong>. A suspens\u00e3o da oferta \u00e9 imediata e pelo prazo de at\u00e9 30 dias.
