O valor a ser distribu\u00eddo em JCP soma R$ 4.279.577,67, representando R$ 0,0649032799 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre o valor dos juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio incidir\u00e1 imposto de renda \u00e0 al\u00edquota de 15%. Al\u00e9m disso, esses proventos ser\u00e3o imputados aos dividendos obrigat\u00f3rios relativos ao exerc\u00edcio social de 2021.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"89005\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Os JCP e <strong>dividendos da Tegma<\/strong> ser\u00e3o pagos no dia 19 de novembro deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>Apenas os investidores com <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es da Tegma<\/strong> ao final do preg\u00e3o de 9 de novembro ter\u00e3o direito de receber os dividendos e juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio, sendo que os pap\u00e9is da companhia passar\u00e3o a ser negociados &#8220;ex-dividendos e ex-juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio&#8221; a partir do dia 10 de novembro.<\/p>\n<p>Ao final do preg\u00e3o de hoje, a <strong>a\u00e7\u00e3o da Tegma (TGMA3)<\/strong> apresentava uma queda de 0,20%, cotada a R$ 15,14.
