A partir desta semana, o <strong>FII RBFF11<\/strong> est\u00e1 sendo negociado ex-<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">dividendos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Os <strong>rendimentos<\/strong> anunciados pelo fundo imobili\u00e1rio s\u00e3o iguais aos ganhos registrados em outubro.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Com a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da cota, o fundo viu seu dividend yield passar de 0,78% para 0,83%. Olhando para os \u00faltimos 12 meses, o FII registrou um dividend yield de 10,41%.<\/p>\n<p>O RBFF11 \u00e9 um <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> de Fundo de Papel, que aporta seus recursos em outros FIIs como <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/mxrf11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">MXRF11<\/a>, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rcrb11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">RCRB11<\/a> e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rbva11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">RBVA11<\/a>, que, juntos, somam mais de 20% da carteira.
