Olhando para os \u00faltimos 12 meses, o FII registrou um dividend yield de 7,11%.<\/p>\n<p>O fundo \u00e9 um FII de Fundo de Tijolo, categoria de <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> que investe em Im\u00f3veis Industriais e Log\u00edsticos.
