A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea uma alta de 2,6%, inferior a estimativa anterior de 3,7%.<\/p>\t<div class=\"wrapper-featured-image\">\n\t\t<figure class=\"spotlightImg\">\n\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 768px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2019\/02\/56db12f3-omc-400x200.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa lazyloadDisabled newsContent__article__imgCapa--noCaption\" src=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2019\/02\/56db12f3-omc-800x450.webp\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" alt=\"OMC reduz proje\u00e7\u00e3o de crescimento do com\u00e9rcio mundial para 2019\" fetchpriority=high \/>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\n\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text wp-caption-text--hide\">WTO OMC<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>A previs\u00e3o da <strong>OMC<\/strong> est\u00e1 alinhada com as proje\u00e7\u00f5es de avan\u00e7o do <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/pib-produto-interno-bruto\/\">Produto Interno Bruto<\/a><\/strong> <strong>(PIB)\u00a0<\/strong>mundial, tamb\u00e9m de 2,6%. Segundo a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0o com\u00e9rcio mundial cresceu de forma mais lenta em 2018 e deve seguir no mesmo ritmo em 2019 e 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a <strong>OMC,<\/strong> os &#8220;fortes ventos contr\u00e1rios em 2019 e 2020&#8221; continuar\u00e3o acontecendo devido \u00e0s fortes tens\u00f5es comerciais e da incerteza econ\u00f4mica. Em um relat\u00f3rio divulgado nesta ter\u00e7a-feira a OMC informou que o\u00a0<strong>com\u00e9rcio<\/strong> <strong>mundial<\/strong>\u00a0de mercadorias (em volume) registrou uma alta de 3% em 2018. Um resultado inferior ao crescimento de 3,9% previsto em setembro.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, essa expans\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio internacional foi superior ao crescimento do PIB mundial, que ficou em 2,9%. Isso n\u00e3o mesmo com a contra\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,3% no quarto trimestre de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/eua-brasil-omc-ocde-entrada-paulo-guedes\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0EUA querem Brasil sem facilidades na OMC para apoiar entrada na OCDE<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>O que afeta o mercado<\/h2>\n<p>Em seu relat\u00f3rio, a OMC afirma que o com\u00e9rcio internacional \u00e9 pressionado por:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Novas tarifas e medidas retaliat\u00f3rias;<\/li>\n<li>Crescimento econ\u00f4mico mais fraco;<\/li>\n<li>Volatilidade nos mercados financeiros;<\/li>\n<li>Menos condi\u00e7\u00f5es monet\u00e1rias de pa\u00edses desenvolvidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De acordo com a <strong>OMC,<\/strong> &#8220;o crescimento do com\u00e9rcio poder\u00e1 se recuperar para 3% em 2020. No entanto, isso depende de um al\u00edvio das tens\u00f5es comerciais&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o diretor-geral da OMC, Roberto Azev\u00eado, existem outros elementos, &#8220;mas o aumento das tens\u00f5es comerciais \u00e9 o principal fator&#8221; dessa redu\u00e7\u00e3o do crescimento. Al\u00e9m disso, ele ainda salientou que nesse cen\u00e1rio &#8220;\u00e9 bastante \u00f3bvio que as tens\u00f5es entre <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> e <strong>China<\/strong> t\u00eam um grande papel&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/boletim-focus-crescimento-do-pib-menos-2\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Boletim Focus: crescimento do PIB cai para menos de 2%<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para o economista-chefe da OMC, Robert Koopman, as novas tarifas sobre importa\u00e7\u00f5es de carros dos Estados Unidos e o\u00a0<strong>Brexit<\/strong>, s\u00e3o os principais riscos para o crescimento do<strong> com\u00e9rcio internacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Servi\u00e7os em crescimento<\/h2>\n<p>Mesmo se o volume de com\u00e9rcio registrou um crescimento lento em 2018, o valor em d\u00f3lares aumentou 10%, alcan\u00e7ando US$ 19,48 trilh\u00f5es. Segundo a OMC esse resultado \u00e9 devido, em parte, a um aumento de 20% nos pre\u00e7os do petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, o volume de <strong>com\u00e9rcio<\/strong> de <strong>servi\u00e7os<\/strong> aumentou de 8% em 2018, para US$ 5,80 trilh\u00f5es. Um resultado obtido principalmente gra\u00e7as as importa\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00c1sia.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a OMC, em 2019 o volume de <strong>com\u00e9rcio<\/strong> de <strong>produtos<\/strong> crescer\u00e1 com maior for\u00e7a em economias em desenvolvimento. A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea uma expans\u00e3o de 3,4% nas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es dos pa\u00edses emergentes contra 2,1% das economias desenvolvidas.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, a pr\u00f3pria <strong>OMC<\/strong> salienta que essa previs\u00e3o \u00e9 altamente incerta. Isso porque o crescimento global previsto em 2,6% \u00e9 o ponto m\u00e9dio de uma faixa que vai de 1,3 a 4%.
