Ap\u00f3s fechar uma <strong>privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, ir\u00e1 encaminha-la para o conselho. S\u00f3 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o poder\u00e1 interpelar a venda.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>nova estrutura<\/strong> ter\u00e1 o presidenta da <strong>Petrobras<\/strong> como novo diretor de\u00a0\u2018<strong>Aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es e Desinvestimentos<\/strong>\u2019, hoje sob o guarda-chuva da <strong>diretoria financeira<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, o <strong>conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> vai substituir a <strong>assembl\u00e9ia de acionistas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 marcado para o pr\u00f3ximo dia 25 de abril uma <strong>assembleia<\/strong> para votar as altera\u00e7\u00f5es no <strong>estatuto social<\/strong>, que permitir\u00e3o colocar em pr\u00e1tica a nova estrutura da estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo fontes ouvidas pelo &#8220;O Estado de S. Paulo&#8221;, a proposta gerou &#8220;amplo debate&#8221; entre executivos da <strong>Petrobras<\/strong>. Alguns dizem que a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 diminuir a <strong>transpar\u00eancia<\/strong>. Por\u00e9m, a resist\u00eancia foi vencida pelo argumento de que a nova medida ir\u00e1 agilizar os processos, visto que a <strong>Uni\u00e3o<\/strong> e os minorit\u00e1rios t\u00eam representantes no <strong>conselho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/petrobras-reajustar-preco-diesel\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Petrobras vai reajustar pre\u00e7o do diesel no m\u00ednimo a cada 15 dias<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Petrobr\u00e1s<\/strong>, por meio de sua assessoria de imprensa, informou que \u201cas propostas de altera\u00e7\u00f5es visam refor\u00e7ar o car\u00e1ter estrat\u00e9gico do <strong>conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e aumentar a efici\u00eancia do processo decis\u00f3rio\u201d. Afirmou ainda que esse modelo de gest\u00e3o \u201cse encontra em linha com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel \u00e0 Petrobras, em especial \u00e0 Lei n\u00ba 6.404\/76 (Lei das Sociedades An\u00f4nimas), e com a pr\u00e1tica do <strong>mercado<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Mudan\u00e7as na participa\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios nos lucros<\/h2>\n<p>A diretoria da <strong>Petrobras<\/strong> informou aos seus funcion\u00e1rios que n\u00e3o vai mais pagar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos lucros ou resultados (PLR) a partir de 2020. A estatal vai substituir esse m\u00e9todo de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o por outro, que ser\u00e1 somente distribu\u00eddo caso a empresa obtenha lucro superior a R$ 10 bilh\u00f5es.
