Ao todo, foram lan\u00e7ados R$ 2,40 bilh\u00f5es em\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-geral-vendas-vgv\/#:~:text=O%20que%20%C3%A9%20o%20Valor,de%20faturamento%20de%20um%20projeto.&amp;text=Utilizado%20principalmente%20pelo%20mercado%20imobili%C3%A1rio,unidades%20de%20um%20novo%20projeto.\">Valor Geral de Vendas (VGV)<\/a>\u00a0no trimestre, equivalentes a 11.388 unidades, o que representa uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 5,4% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o ano a ano.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a construtora registrou um<strong>\u00a0recorde hist\u00f3rico de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/net-sales\/\">vendas l\u00edquidas<\/a><\/strong>, totalizando R$ 2,06 bilh\u00f5es em\u00a0<strong>VGV vendido<\/strong>\u00a0durante o segundo trimestre desse ano. O montante equivale a um avan\u00e7o de 13,7% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo em 2020.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>MRV<\/strong> registrou a\u00a0<strong>venda l\u00edquida<\/strong>\u00a0de 10.442 unidades no per\u00edodo, contra 11.649 unidades um ano antes, o que mostra uma queda de 10,4%.
