No entanto, o fechamento ficou na casa dos R$13 milh\u00f5es, devido ao <strong>preju\u00edzo<\/strong> de R$ 1.879 nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es descontinuadas das subsidi\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>Esse <strong>resultado<\/strong> foi o maior obtido pela empresa nos \u00faltimos 20 anos.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">Ebitda<\/a> gerencial das opera\u00e7\u00f5es continuadas registrou uma alta de 26%, saindo dos R$ 6.705 milh\u00f5es adquiridos em 2017, para R$ 8.456 milh\u00f5es em 2018. Al\u00e9m disso, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o d\u00edvida l\u00edquida\/ Ebitda ajustado da empresa atingiu 3,1 no \u00edndice, uma queda de 0,6 quando comparado ao ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/uniao-acionista-eletrobras\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Uni\u00e3o n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 maior acionista da Eletrobras, diz ministro<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Quarto trimestre de 2018<\/h2>\n<p>Durante o quarto trimestre de 2018, a companhia apresentou um lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 12,073 milh\u00f5es. No mesmo per\u00edodo em 2017, a empresa havia obtido um preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido de R$ 3.998 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, os principais fatores que levaram a <strong>Eletrobras<\/strong> a registrar o resultado positivo foi a revers\u00e3o de provis\u00f5es para conting\u00eancias avaliadas em R$ 1.201 milh\u00f5es, sendo que R$ 563 se referem a provis\u00e3o para empr\u00e9stimos compuls\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<h2>Venda das distribuidoras<\/h2>\n<p>Em dezembro \u00faltimo, a Eletrobras finalizou o <strong>leil\u00e3o<\/strong> de seis de suas <strong>distribuidoras<\/strong>. Foram elas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cepisa;<\/li>\n<li>Ceron;<\/li>\n<li>Eletroacre;<\/li>\n<li>Amazonas Energia;<\/li>\n<li>Boa Vista Energia;<\/li>\n<li>Ceal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ainda em 2016, a Eletrobras decidiu que n\u00e3o iria renova a concess\u00e3o de suas distribuidoras. Dessa forma, o <strong>governo<\/strong> resolveu as seis empresas (citadas acima). No entanto, a empresa vinha operando as <strong>companhias<\/strong> temporariamente.<\/p>\n<p>Em fevereiro de 2018, a assembleia da <strong>Eletrobras<\/strong> aprovou a venda das <strong>distribuidoras<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, decidiu assumir R$ 11,2 bilh\u00f5es em d\u00edvidas das empresas. A companhia ainda informou que, caso as empresas n\u00e3o fossem vendidas, elas seriam <strong>liquidadas<\/strong>, ou seja, suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es seriam encerradas e a <strong>Uni\u00e3o<\/strong> assumiria a opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Eletrobras e a capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>No in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas, o ministro de Minas e Energia, Bento Albuquerque, afirmou a Eletrobras n\u00e3o seria <strong>privatizada<\/strong>, mas sim <strong>capitalizada<\/strong>.
