Com o trabalho, a empresa passou da 9\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o para o topo do ranking do \u00edndice de solu\u00e7\u00e3o preliminar de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de consumidores, com 90,16% de <strong>acordos amig\u00e1veis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Com a\u00e7\u00f5es negociadas na <strong>B3<\/strong>, a Bolsa brasileira, desde julho, a Smart Fit n\u00e3o foi a \u00fanica que viu as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es aumentarem na pandemia. No princ\u00edpio da quarentena, entre mar\u00e7o e junho do ano passado, as queixas sobre as quatro maiores<strong> redes de academias<\/strong> do Pa\u00eds cresceram 152%, segundo dados do portal Reclame Aqui. Entre as principais estava a dificuldade no cancelamento do plano &#8211; muitos clientes reclamavam da exig\u00eancia da ida a uma unidade para que isso fosse feito, apesar de as academias estarem fechadas por conta da pandemia. Por aqui, a s\u00f3cia-diretora da Mediato, Luciana Martins Loureiro, diz que uma das solu\u00e7\u00f5es mais comuns era explicar ao cliente que ele poderia optar por n\u00e3o pagar a mensalidade nos meses em que as academias estivessem fechadas, sem ter de cancelar o plano. Al\u00e9m disso, os mediadores buscaram mostrar aos alunos que a empresa oferecia recursos online para treinos dom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n<p>Ana Cristina Freire, tamb\u00e9m s\u00f3cia-diretora da Mediato, afirma que o caminho da media\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um dispositivo incentivado pela Justi\u00e7a e buscado pelas empresas, entre outras coisas, por sua previsibilidade. Ao chegar a um acordo, todos saem da sala de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o sabendo exatamente o que vai acontecer.<\/p>\n<p>Ela diz ser comum uma das partes esperar pela <strong>senten\u00e7a judicial<\/strong> por saber que o juiz de determinada comarca costuma ser favor\u00e1vel a causas semelhantes \u00e0 sua. No entanto, n\u00e3o \u00e9 garantido que a decis\u00e3o seguir\u00e1 essa l\u00f3gica. &#8220;\u00c9 a imprevisibilidade das decis\u00f5es&#8221;, diz ela. &#8220;Na media\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel saber quanto ser\u00e1 pago, por quanto tempo e se o valor encaixa no bolso. Os conflitos mais frequentes foram problemas com <strong>vendas em e-commerce<\/strong> &#8211; ao qual o consumidor e os lojistas tiveram de se adaptar com o fechamento do com\u00e9rcio f\u00edsico -, quest\u00f5es relacionadas a renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o ou rescis\u00e3o de contratos de aluguel de lojistas e restaurantes, al\u00e9m de conflitos ligados a div\u00f3rcios e repactua\u00e7\u00e3o ou distrato em caso de im\u00f3veis financiados.<\/p>\n<h2>A Smart Fit diz que 90% das reclama\u00e7\u00f5es foram resolvidas<\/h2>\n<p>Procurada, a Smart Fit disse em nota que &#8220;suspendeu a cobran\u00e7a de seus alunos em 19 de mar\u00e7o de 2020, no in\u00edcio da pandemia, at\u00e9 6 de julho de 2020, quando a reabertura parcial foi autorizada. Diante de algumas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, a empresa abriu canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para facilitar o cancelamento e o congelamento dos planos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A rede diz ainda que as 16 mil reclama\u00e7\u00f5es mediadas de junho de 2020 a junho de 2021 &#8220;foram tratadas com todo o cuidado, sempre visando o bem estar do aluno. Do total, 90,16% foram resolvidas&#8221;.
