Al\u00e9m disso, o patrim\u00f4nio liquido da empresa caiu 1,41% ao compararmos todos os valores cont\u00e1beis que os seus s\u00f3cios possu\u00edam no \u00faltimo dia de 2018.<\/p>\n<h2>4\u00ba bimestre<\/h2>\n<p>No quarto bimestre, a Melhoramento obteve <strong>lucro liquido<\/strong> de R$ 12,37 milh\u00f5es, desempenho superior ao <strong>preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido<\/strong> de R$ 10,9 milh\u00f5es contabilizados no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.
