A regra permite a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o exclusivamente a investidores profissionais, no momento na oferta p\u00fablica de a\u00e7\u00f5es, e impede a investidores n\u00e3o-qualificados (que t\u00eam certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou R$ 1 mi investidos) nos 18 meses seguintes ao IPO.<\/p>\n<p>A negocia\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos que vieram ao mercado pela regra de uma <strong>Oferta 476<\/strong> estava liberada em todas as corretoras sem a restri\u00e7\u00e3o adotada hoje.<\/p>\n<p>Sem a informa\u00e7\u00e3o clara do ocorrido, o atendimento em diversas corretoras aos investidores foi confuso.
