Marc Allen<\/strong>, que atualmente preside a <strong>Boeing Internacional<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 o presidente do conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>nova companhia.<\/strong> Ele tamb\u00e9m vai ser o respons\u00e1vel por conduzir o processo de integra\u00e7\u00e3o na avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial e por organizar a <strong>joint-venture<\/strong> liderada pela <strong>Embraer<\/strong> para o cargueiro militar <strong>KC-390.<\/strong> O executivo exercer\u00e1 a nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do dia 22 de abril.
