O Grupo Soma ressaltou que est\u00e1 tomando todas as provid\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias para realizar o pagamento da parcela em dinheiro aos acionistas da Hering e avisar\u00e1, oportunamente, a data em que ser\u00e1 efetivado o pagamento.<\/p>\n<p>O valor da parcela em dinheiro a ser pago aos acionistas da Hering, ap\u00f3s os ajustes previstos no acordo, ser\u00e1 de R$ 9,5415843 por a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria.
