Marc Allen, que atualmente preside a <strong>Boeing Internacional<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 o <strong>presidente do conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da nova companhia. Ele tamb\u00e9m vai ser o respons\u00e1vel por conduzir o processo de integra\u00e7\u00e3o na avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial e por organizar a <strong>joint venture<\/strong>\u00a0liderada pela<strong> Embraer<\/strong> para o cargueiro militar <strong>KC-390<\/strong>. O executivo exercer\u00e1 a nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do dia 22 de abril. Em seu lugar ser\u00e1 colocado Michael Artur, que cuida da <strong>Boeing Europa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Novo presidente da Embraer<\/h2>\n<p>Na \u00faltima segunda-feira (18), a <strong>Embraer<\/strong> informou que o atual presidente da empresa, <strong>Paulo Cesar de Souza e Silva<\/strong>, deixar\u00e1 o cargo no dia 22 de abril. O sucessor ser\u00e1 anunciado no mesmo dia, ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma assembleia geral ordin\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/presidente-embraer-deixara-cargo\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Presidente da Embraer deixar\u00e1 o cargo em 22 de abril<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Segundo informou a nota da empresa, <strong>Paulo Cesar<\/strong> foi convidado para ser o consultor s\u00eanior do<strong> Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Companhia<\/strong>, com a &#8220;incumb\u00eancia de facilitar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o do novo diretor presidente, bem como assessorar o Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o fechamento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o com a <strong>Boeing<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h2>Joint venture Boeing-Embraer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Embraer<\/strong> aprovou com a Boeing os termos do acordo de fus\u00e3o em julho de 2017. O acordo prev\u00ea a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/joint-venture\/\">joint venture<\/a><\/strong>, uma nova empresa de avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>O novo neg\u00f3cio est\u00e1 sendo chamado de <strong>JV Avia\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial<\/strong> ou <strong>Nova Sociedade<\/strong>. Entretanto, este n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 o nome da empresa ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A nova empresa \u00e9 avaliada em US$ 5,26 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, quando as duas empresas assinaram um memorando, o valor era estimado em US$ 4,75 bilh\u00f5es. Nos termos do acordo, a fabricante norte-americana de aeronaves deter\u00e1 80% do novo neg\u00f3cio, enquanto a <strong>Embraer<\/strong>, os 20% restantes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/prejuizo-embraer-perde-funcionarios\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Al\u00e9m do preju\u00edzo, Embraer perde quase 10% dos funcion\u00e1rios em 5 anos<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Boeing<\/strong> pagar\u00e1 US$ 4,2 bilh\u00f5es (o equivalente a R$ 16,4 bilh\u00f5es), cerca de 10% maior que o inicialmente previsto. Este valor tamb\u00e9m supera em mais de 7% o valor de <strong>mercado da fabricante brasileira<\/strong>. O maior valor de mercado j\u00e1 registrado pela <strong>Embraer<\/strong> foi em novembro de 2015, quando a companhia atingiu R$ 22,39 bilh\u00f5es.
