O Grupo Fleury \u00e9 a mais nova empresa a adquirir seu espa\u00e7o de inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Na Avenida Paulista, o Fleury Lab<\/strong> recebeu investimento de R$ 30 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> e conta com 50 funcion\u00e1rios desde o fim de fevereiro. Deseja-se que mais 30 pessoas comecem a trabalhar no espa\u00e7o at\u00e9 o fim do ano.<\/p>\t

No Fleury Lab<\/strong>, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o exig\u00eancias que o funcion\u00e1rio bata o cart\u00e3o ou vista camisa, terno e gravata. Com paredes ilustradas com memes e quadrinhos, o local tem o objetivo<\/strong> de desenvolver projetos<\/strong> que auxiliem as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas da empresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No ano passado, a companhia\u00a0de 92 anos tinha alocado, em uma sala dentro do InovaBra Habitat<\/strong>, o primeiro passo para a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

O InovaBra Habitat<\/strong> \u00e9 o\u00a0centro de inova\u00e7\u00e3o do Bradesco<\/strong> (BBDC4). No local, a empresa de sa\u00fade\u00a0obteve conhecimento de como colaborar<\/strong> com diferentes \u00e1reas. Ent\u00e3o, decidiu-se dar escala<\/strong> ao projeto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPercebemos que integrar profissionais de sa\u00fade<\/strong> com os de tecnologia<\/strong> faz a equipe avan\u00e7ar em projetos interessantes<\/strong> para o grupo\u201d, afirmou Rodolpho Meschgrahw, gerente de marketing e inova\u00e7\u00e3o no Grupo Fleury<\/strong>, ao “Estado de S. Paulo”.<\/p>\n

De acordo com Lucas Nogueira, diretor do InovaBra Habitat<\/strong>, o centro de inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> do Bradesco conecta corpora\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, que est\u00e3o atr\u00e1s de solu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, \u00e0s startups<\/strong>, que possuem as solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

\u201cO Fleury<\/strong> est\u00e1 com a gente desde o in\u00edcio do espa\u00e7o, foi uma das empresas que mais se engajou com a ideia\u201d, disse Nogueira.<\/p>\n

Objetivos para 2019<\/h2>\n

Um dos principais objetivos do Fleury Lab<\/strong> para 2019 \u00e9 o lan\u00e7amento de uma plataforma digital<\/strong> para receber projetos de pesquisas acad\u00eamicas<\/strong>, cujos resultados possam ser ofertados no mercado. Al\u00e9m de ideias de startups<\/strong> e o recrutamento de novos funcion\u00e1rios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Outro objetivo para este ano \u00e9 come\u00e7ar um programa de incuba\u00e7\u00e3o de startups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
