Ele indicou a <strong>Fiat<\/strong> entre as op\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/fiat-magneti-marelli-calsonic\/\">Saiba mais: Fiat anuncia venda da Magneti Marelli \u00e0 Calsonic\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Com eles, assim como com os outros, os planetas podem se alinhar&#8221;, afirmou <strong>Peugeot<\/strong> falando sobre poss\u00edveis futuras aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es ou fus\u00f5es. A <strong>Fiat<\/strong> n\u00e3o quis comentar a not\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<h2>Poss\u00edvel fus\u00e3o a vista<\/h2>\n<p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Robert <strong>Peugeot<\/strong> seguem relat\u00f3rios apresentados pelo presidente do grupo, Carlos Tavares, de que est\u00e1 aberto para futuras negocia\u00e7\u00f5es. Segundo Tavares, al\u00e9m da\u00a0<strong>Fiat,<\/strong> a <strong>General Motors <\/strong>e a\u00a0<strong>Jaguar Land Rover<\/strong> poderiam ser parceiras da casa francesa. Entretanto, Robert Peugeot indicou apenas a Fiat entre as poss\u00edveis candidatas a fus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/fiat-e-ford-acordo-nordeste\/\">Saiba mais: Fiat e Ford fazem acordo com governo sobre incentivos no Nordeste\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Durante a entrevista, <strong>Peugeot<\/strong> lembrou que a casa francesa comprou em 2017 os alem\u00e3es de <strong>Opel.<\/strong> Dessa forma se tornou a segunda maior produtora de ve\u00edculos do mundo. &#8220;Desde o come\u00e7o apoiamos o projeto Opel. Se outra ocasi\u00e3o se apresentar\u00e1, com certeza n\u00e3o seremos nos que criaremos obst\u00e1culos. Carlos sabe disso&#8221;, afirmou Peugeot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/o4RGfJ7Tppw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>O empres\u00e1rio afirmou que para isso \u00e9 sempre necess\u00e1rio &#8220;um alinhamento dos astros&#8221; para que um sonho se concretize. Mesmo se at\u00e9 agora n\u00e3o chegou &#8220;nada disso&#8221; em cima da sua mesa. Entretanto, ele lembrou que <strong>PSA<\/strong> e <strong>FCA<\/strong> discutem &#8220;em mais altos n\u00edveis sobre o futuro de sua associa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos populares&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>O grupo <strong>PSA<\/strong> fechou 2018 com um lucro recorde, de 2,83 bilh\u00f5es de euros (cerca de R$ 12,169 bilh\u00f5es). Um aumento de 47% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2017. Tamb\u00e9m o faturamento aumentou, de 18,9%, chegando a 74,03 bilh\u00f5es de euros. A <strong>Peugeot<\/strong> vendeu no mundo 3,88 milh\u00f5es de <strong>ve\u00edculos.<\/strong> Um resultado positivo mesmo depois da decis\u00e3o de abandonar o <strong>Ir\u00e3<\/strong> ap\u00f3s o embargo imposto pelos <strong>EUA.<\/strong> Al\u00e9m disso, a montadora francesa resistiu bem tamb\u00e9m a queda das vendas no mercado chin\u00eas.<\/p>\n<h2>Fiat parceiro interessante<\/h2>\n<p>Do lado da <strong>Fiat,<\/strong> o diretor-presidente Mike Manley, declarou este m\u00eas que a montadora est\u00e1 aberta a buscar alian\u00e7as e oportunidades de fus\u00e3o. Entretanto, o sucessor de <strong>Sergio Marchionne<\/strong> salientou que esse neg\u00f3cios se concretizar\u00e3o somente se fizerem sentido e fortalecerem o futuro da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos pontos de for\u00e7a da <strong>FCA<\/strong> \u00e9 sua forte exposi\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado norte-americano. Os <strong>EUA<\/strong> j\u00e1 s\u00e3o o pa\u00eds onde a casa italiana gera a maior parte dos seus lucros. Isso gra\u00e7as a marcas que fazem parte do grupo e que se tornaram muito populares nos <strong>Estados Unidos,<\/strong> como <strong>Jeep, RAM<\/strong> e <strong>Maserati.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, a <strong>PSA<\/strong> \u00e9 essencialmente concentrada <strong>Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/strong> A montadora francesa registra 90% de suas vendas na UE. Por isso a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa com alcance mais amplo teria um sentido estrat\u00e9gico.
