(divulga\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Com <strong>85 votos a favor e 334 contra<\/strong>, o texto chamado de <strong>&#8220;Emenda H&#8221;<\/strong> foi rejeitado pela C\u00e2mara dos Comuns. A emenda, apresentada pela deputada <strong>Sarah Wollaston<\/strong>, previa um adiamento do <strong>Brexit<\/strong> suficientemente longo para permitir a convoca\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo referendo.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>emenda<\/strong> foi apresentada sobre a mo\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira-ministra brit\u00e2nica, <strong>Theresa May<\/strong>, que prev\u00ea o adiamento da sa\u00edda do <strong>Reino Unido da Uni\u00e3o Europeia<\/strong> (UE). Segundo os tratados europeus, <strong>Londres<\/strong> dever\u00e1 deixar o bloco no dia 29 de mar\u00e7o. Entretanto, o <strong>governo brit\u00e2nico<\/strong> quer mais tempo para negociar um acordo de sa\u00edda.<\/p>\n<p>A hip\u00f3tese de um<strong> novo referendo<\/strong> foi rejeitada tamb\u00e9m gra\u00e7as a absten\u00e7\u00e3o de massa do <strong>Partido Trabalhista<\/strong>. A esquerda brit\u00e2nica n\u00e3o \u00e9 contr\u00e1ria a um <strong>novo pleito<\/strong>, mas se disse c\u00e9ptica sobre o calend\u00e1rio do eventual voto.<\/p>\n<p>No final da tarde desta quinta-feira, o<strong> Parlamento brit\u00e2nico<\/strong> votar\u00e1 sobre a proposta de postergar o <strong>Brexit<\/strong>. Em caso de voto favor\u00e1vel por parte dos deputados h\u00e1 dois cen\u00e1rios poss\u00edveis. O primeiro \u00e9 de um <strong>adiamento<\/strong> mais curto, de poucas semanas.<\/p>\n<p>O segundo \u00e9 de um tempo mais longo, que poderia superar a data das elei\u00e7\u00f5es europeias previstas para maio. Essa segunda <strong>hip\u00f3tese<\/strong> \u00e9 aquela que o governo quer evitar, pois poderia levar ao <strong>cancelamento<\/strong> do <strong>Brexit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo ap\u00f3s o voto do <strong>Parlamento brit\u00e2nico<\/strong>, um eventual adiamento do <strong>Brexit<\/strong> dever\u00e1 passar pela aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos l\u00edderes europeus. Todos os pa\u00edses dever\u00e3o votar a favor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/parlamento-rejeita-brexit-sem-acordo\/\">Saiba mais &#8211;\u00a0Parlamento brit\u00e2nico rejeita possibilidade de Brexit sem acordo<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Entenda o caso<\/h2>\n<p>Em junho de 2016 o <strong>Reino Unido<\/strong> votou em um referendo para sair da <strong>Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/strong> O pa\u00eds era membro do bloco desde 1975. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o de sair foi notificada formalmente no dia 29 de mar\u00e7o de 2017 para as autoridades de Bruxelas.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o <strong>Tratado de Lisboa,<\/strong> que define o funcionamento da <strong>UE,<\/strong> um pa\u00eds que decide sair tem dois anos para negociar os termos para deixar a Uni\u00e3o. Por isso, o <strong>Reino Unido<\/strong> tem at\u00e9 o dia 29 de mar\u00e7o deste ano para alcan\u00e7ar um acordo com <strong>Bruxelas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, h\u00e1 uma s\u00e9rie de quest\u00f5es complexas que deixam esse processo turbulento. Entre elas, a quest\u00e3o da <strong>uni\u00e3o alfandeg\u00e1ria,<\/strong> da fronteira entre as Irlandas e o tratamento de cidad\u00e3os europeus no <strong>Reino Unido<\/strong> ap\u00f3s o <strong>Brexit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O <strong>Parlamento brit\u00e2nico<\/strong> rejeitou na \u00faltima quarta-feira (13) a possibilidade de o <strong>Reino Unido<\/strong> realizar a sa\u00edda da <b>UE<\/b>\u00a0sem acordo em 29 de mar\u00e7o.\u00a0\u00a0A premi\u00ea <strong>Theresa May<\/strong> considerava essa op\u00e7\u00e3o na sua lista de alternativas para o <strong>Brexit.<\/strong> Assim, o governo dever\u00e1 pedir \u00e0 <strong>Uni\u00e3o Europeia<\/strong> que a sa\u00edda n\u00e3o ocorra mais no fim deste m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>A vota\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s uma primeira derrota de <strong>May<\/strong> no dia 15 de janeiro, por 432 votos contra e 202 a favor. A proposta de <strong>Brexit<\/strong> apresentada naquela ocasi\u00e3o pelo governo acabou na maior derrota parlamentar desde 1924.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o voto de janeiro, o Parlamento aprovou duas emendas ao projeto de <strong>Brexit.<\/strong> Em uma exigia que o <strong>&#8220;backstop&#8221;<\/strong> na fronteira com a <strong>Irlanda do Norte<\/strong> fosse substitu\u00eddo por &#8220;arranjos alternativos para evitar uma fronteira &#8216;dura'&#8221;. O segundo, rejeitava a sa\u00edda do <strong>Reino Unido<\/strong> da <strong>Uni\u00e3o Europeia<\/strong> sem acordo.<\/p>\n<p>Outro problema foi a decis\u00e3o da <strong>UE<\/strong> de rejeitar qualquer retomada das negocia\u00e7\u00f5es. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/blocos-economicos\/\">bloco<\/a> se recusou a discutir altera\u00e7\u00f5es ao que j\u00e1 havia sido acordado, e isso deixou o governo <strong>May<\/strong> sem alternativas.<\/p>\n<p>O problema da fronteira entre as Irlandas \u00e9 com certeza o maior problema do <strong>Brexit.<\/strong> O objetivo do <strong>governo brit\u00e2nico<\/strong> \u00e9 evitar o retorno de uma fronteira f\u00edsica (chamada &#8220;dura&#8221;) entre a <strong>Irlanda<\/strong> (pa\u00eds membro da <strong>UE)<\/strong> e a prov\u00edncia brit\u00e2nica da Irlanda do Norte (parte do <strong>Reino Unido).<\/strong> Uma necessidade fundamental para proteger o fr\u00e1gil Acordo de Paz de 1998.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Parlamento brit\u00e2nico votou contra um novo referendo sobre o Brexit.
