Da mesma forma, ser\u00e3o divulgados os documentos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para an\u00e1lise pelos conselheiros.<\/p>\n<h2>Unidas lucra R$ 241,2 milh\u00f5es no segundo trimestre<\/h2>\n<p>Entre abril e junho a companhia apurou um<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-liquido\/\"> lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> recorrente de R$ 241,2 milh\u00f5es, quebrando um novo recorde. Segundo a Unidas, o avan\u00e7o foi sustentado pela forte expans\u00e3o da receita em todos os seus segmentos de neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/#:~:text=Ebitda%20(em%20ingl%C3%AAs%2C%20Earnings%20Before,mercado%20de%20bolsa%20de%20valores.\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> somou R$ 557,2 milh\u00f5es, alta de 167,1% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o ano a ano, e de 5,5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao primeiro trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado equivale tamb\u00e9m a um novo recorde hist\u00f3rico pelo terceiro trimestre consecutivo.<\/p>\n<p>Por volta das 10h35 desta ter\u00e7a, as a\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>Unidas<\/strong> subiam 0,35%, para R$ 25,57.
