A empresa conjunta est\u00e1 em fase final de constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e a Minerva contar\u00e1 com 65% de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto a <strong>Salic<\/strong> ser\u00e1 dona dos 35% restantes. Isso deve totalizar receita anual de at\u00e9 US$ 250 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00faltimo dia 9, a Minerva divulgou seus resultados no segundo trimestre do ano.
