Analisando os materiais apreendidos, os policiais descobriram outro pagamento de propina para uma rede de advogados que ent\u00e3o atuavam junto ao <a href=\"http:\/\/idg.carf.fazenda.gov.br\/\"><strong>Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais (Carf)<\/strong><\/a>. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o analisa recursos de contribuintes a respeito de tributos federais. Foi ent\u00e3o que a maior operadora de turismo do pa\u00eds, a <strong>CVC,<\/strong> come\u00e7ou a ser investigada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/sergio-moro-policia-federal-coaf\/\">Saiba mais: Moro nomeia ex-delegada da Pol\u00edcia Federal como conselheira no Coaf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>CVC<\/strong> pagava propina a esses <strong>advogados<\/strong> para que eles cancelassem <strong>multas milion\u00e1rias<\/strong> da empresa junto ao <strong>Carf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Existe uma rede bem intrincada de intermedi\u00e1rios: <strong>escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia<\/strong> e <strong>lobistas<\/strong> que acabaram intermediando pagamentos. Os pagamentos foram feitos a auditores da <strong>Receita<\/strong> lotados em Santo Andr\u00e9 e posteriormente pessoas do <strong>Carf.<\/strong> O auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o foi derrubado. O processo todo possui diversas peculiaridades&#8221;, afirmou o procurador da Rep\u00fablica <strong>Vicente Mandetta.<\/strong> &#8220;Nesses julgamentos sabemos que tem papel preponderante o relator [do conselho do <strong>Carf].<\/strong> E esse relator foi investigado tamb\u00e9m na <strong>Zelotes.<\/strong> Se outras pessoas no <strong>Carf<\/strong> receberam <strong>[propina],<\/strong> isso precisa ser alvo de aprofundamento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/investigado-receita-gilmar-mendes-abuso\/\">Saiba mais: Investigado pela Receita, Gilmar diz que \u00e9 alvo de &#8216;abuso de poder&#8217;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Uma centena de <strong>policiais federais<\/strong> e 30 <strong>auditores da Receita<\/strong> foram mobilizados na a\u00e7\u00e3o. As buscas renderam a apreens\u00e3o de joias e R$ 85 mil em dinheiro. Al\u00e9m disso, a <strong>Justi\u00e7a<\/strong> emitiu ordem para bloquear bens no valor da <strong>propina<\/strong> que teria sido recebida pelos advogados, de R$ 39 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>CVC esclarece sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>CVC<\/strong> divulgou um comunicado esclarecendo que desconhece a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Checkout.<\/strong> Na nota tamb\u00e9m foi salientado que\u00a0<strong>Paulus\u00a0<\/strong>n\u00e3o possui mais cargo executivo ou administrativo na empresa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA <strong>CVC<\/strong> Brasil Operadora e Ag\u00eancia de Viagens S.A. (\u201cCVC Brasil\u201d ou \u201cCompanhia\u201d), CNPJ\/MF 10.760.260\/0001-19, sociedade por a\u00e7\u00f5es registrada na <strong>Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (\u201cCVM\u201d)<\/strong> como companhia aberta categoria \u201cA\u201d, sob o c\u00f3digo 02331-0, com suas a\u00e7\u00f5es negociadas em bolsa de valores sob o c\u00f3digo CVCB3, vem esclarecer aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que a empresa \u201cOperadora e Ag\u00eancia de Viagens TUR\u201d, mencionada nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>opera\u00e7\u00e3o Checkout<\/strong> da Pol\u00edcia Federal, n\u00e3o tem qualquer rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a Companhia&#8221;, aparece escrito no comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>A CVC salientou tamb\u00e9m que &#8220;a empresa citada na imprensa <strong>\u201cCVC<\/strong> Turismo\u201d (antiga denomina\u00e7\u00e3o da Operadora e Ag\u00eancia de Viagens TUR) e a CVC Brasil s\u00e3o empresas distintas e que a referida empresa n\u00e3o faz parte da CVC Brasil e suas subsidi\u00e1rias, que possui mais de 1.300 lojas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A operadora de viagens prometeu tamb\u00e9m manter os acionistas e o mercado em geral informados sobre do andamento do caso.<\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, o\u00a0empres\u00e1rio <strong>Guilherme Paulus,<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m emitiu uma nota.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A respeito da <strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Checkout<\/strong> deflagrada hoje (12\/3) pelas autoridades policiais, informamos que o empres\u00e1rio <strong>Guilherme Paulus<\/strong> firmou de forma espont\u00e2nea acordo com o <strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico<\/strong> e a <strong>Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/strong> tornando-se colaborador da Justi\u00e7a.
