na Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM), a BR Properties explica que o objetivo do acordo firmado com o <strong>LVBI11<\/strong> \u00e9 a venda de um galp\u00e3o log\u00edstico em desenvolvimento, com \u00e1rea bruta loc\u00e1vel de 35.690 metros quadrados.<\/p>\n<p>O galp\u00e3o faz parte do empreendimento &#8220;Galp\u00e3o Cajamar&#8221;, em desenvolvimento pela companhia, com t\u00e9rmino da constru\u00e7\u00e3o previsto para o in\u00edcio do segundo trimestre do ano que vem.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-da-vida-financeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" aliena\u00e7\u00e3o corresponde a aproximadamente 24% da <strong>\u00e1rea loc\u00e1vel<\/strong> total do empreendimento e ser\u00e1 comercializada por R$ 123.215.442,00, ou seja, R$ 3,452 por metro quadrado de \u00e1rea bruta loc\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>O pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado em duas etapas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50% do valor ser\u00e1 pago em at\u00e9 cinco dias ap\u00f3s a assinatura do Compromisso de Compra e Venda;<\/li>\n<li>Os 50% restantes ser\u00e3o pagos na conclus\u00e3o do empreendimento e celebra\u00e7\u00e3o da escritura de compra e venda do im\u00f3vel prevista para o segundo trimestre de 2022, sendo que o saldo ser\u00e1 ajustado pelo IPCA at\u00e9 a data do pagamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span
