O <strong>IR<\/strong> pago sobre lucros e dividendos ser\u00e1 definitivo.<\/p>\n<p>O texto substitutivo ainda prev\u00ea que o valor l\u00edquido do IR atribu\u00eddo ao fundo seja incorporado ao <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">valor patrimonial<\/a> das cotas.\u00a0Os cotistas, por sua vez, ficar\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0 tributa\u00e7\u00e3o prevista para o fundo, seja no momento do resgate, seja no &#8220;come-cotas&#8221;, de acordo com a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77010\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Na proposta, a <strong>tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos<\/strong> abertos, fechados e exclusivos est\u00e1 prevista em 15%. Hoje, al\u00edquotas v\u00e3o de 15% a 22,5%.<\/p>\n<p>O governo havia proposto originalmente que os <strong>fundos imobili\u00e1rios<\/strong> passassem a pagar IR, mas o relator manteve a isen\u00e7\u00e3o atual ap\u00f3s a medida gerar fortes resist\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>Sabino disse tamb\u00e9m que fundos de pens\u00e3o n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de lucros e <strong>dividendos<\/strong> recebidos, assim como as coligadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Fim dos dividendos: cai juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio (JCP)<\/h2>\n<p>O deputado Celso Sabino tamb\u00e9m prop\u00f4s nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (3) a extin\u00e7\u00e3o do Juros sobre Capital Pr\u00f3prio (JCP).<\/p>\n<p>Na proposta original de reforma do IR, o governo havia indicado o fim da dedutibilidade da JCP no Imposto de Renda. Agora, Sabino decidiu p\u00f4r fim ao instrumento usado pelas empresas com a\u00e7\u00f5es na bolsa de valores para distribuir dividendos a seus acionistas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos retirando essa jabuticaba do nosso ordenamento jur\u00eddico\u201d, afirmou Sabino, em refer\u00eancia aos juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n<p>Na entrevista coletiva para apresentar as mais recentes modifica\u00e7\u00f5es do parecer, o deputado assegurou que 100% das empresas ter\u00e3o redu\u00e7\u00e3o da\u00a0<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/carga-tributaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">carga tribut\u00e1ria<\/a>.
