Com o TFSports, 120 mil pessoas passaram a exercitarem em casa e criou essa possibilidade de um um novo canal de vendas. Confira a entrevista o presidente executivo e cofundador da empresa, Fred Wagner, a seguir.<\/p>\n<p><b>A Track&amp;Field est\u00e1 trazendo Jos\u00e9 Vicente Marino (ex-CEO da Avon) para o conselho da empresa. O que ele vai trazer para o neg\u00f3cio?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Todas as empresas passaram por uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da forma de vender e houve uma digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do relacionamento com o cliente durante a pandemia. N\u00f3s fizemos um movimento importante e aumentamos significativamente as vendas iniciadas digitalmente. Hoje, aproximadamente 40% das nossas vendas come\u00e7am, de alguma forma, no digital. Ao longo da pandemia, tamb\u00e9m digitalizamos os nossos eventos, e 120 mil pessoas se cadastraram para fazer exerc\u00edcios em casa em nosso aplicativo (TFSports). Essa plataforma agora se amplia, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 com mais atletas, mas tamb\u00e9m com treinadores, que come\u00e7am a ter um papel central. Por isso, estamos avan\u00e7ando na venda direta. O Jos\u00e9 Vicente vem desse universo. Ele vem da Natura. Foi CEO e fez a virada da Avon. Ele vem para agregar a esse crescimento.<\/p>\n<p><b>Por que investir no aplicativo TFSports?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A plataforma vai ser um destino para qualquer pessoa que queira conhecer uma nova modalidade esportiva ou participar dos eventos que realizamos. Esperamos que as corridas presenciais voltem em 2022, e ao mesmo tempo, estamos criando atividades em outras modalidades, como o beach tennis, e trazendo o acesso a eventos e a treinadores. O nosso cliente, quando quiser procurar algo relacionado a uma atividade esportiva, vai procurar na nossa plataforma.<\/p>\n<p><b>Qual \u00e9 o investimento na nova plataforma digital?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Quando levantamos capital, alocamos R$ 30 milh\u00f5es na plataforma. Ach\u00e1vamos que a pandemia reduziria a abertura, mas, com o aumento do mercado potencial, percebemos um consumo mais distribu\u00eddo no Pa\u00eds. Estamos abrindo um n\u00famero importante de lojas de rua, que s\u00e3o hubs para a entrega (de produtos comprados online). Se o cliente compra em Salvador, por exemplo, recebe os produtos em at\u00e9 24 horas. Vamos ter o maior n\u00famero de aberturas de lojas da hist\u00f3ria da empresa.<\/p>\n<p><b>Existe uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o desempenho do mercado com o consumo, diante da alta da infla\u00e7\u00e3o. O crescimento do faturamento vai se sustentar?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Vai se manter. Entendo o pensamento macroecon\u00f4mico, mas o que enxergamos \u00e9 que usar roupas confort\u00e1veis, praticar esporte e ter preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a sa\u00fade se tornaram h\u00e1bitos centrais na vida das pessoas. Essa mudan\u00e7a de comportamento veio para ficar.<\/p>\n<p><b>A Track&amp;Field teve mudan\u00e7as no alto escal\u00e3o, e isso repercutiu no mercado. Por que as mudan\u00e7as aconteceram?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Essas mudan\u00e7as foram absolutamente naturais. Tivemos um momento importante de estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de governan\u00e7a ao longo de 2018, 2019 e 2020, com a abertura de capital. Agora, vamos para um novo momento, com foco em crescimento, digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, e ele pede novos conhecimentos (da lideran\u00e7a).<\/p>\n<p><b>Em junho houve o rumor, desmentido pela Track&amp;Field, de que a empresa poderia ser vendida a uma rival. Existe um plano de vender a Track&amp;Field?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o existe nenhum plano em curso de fus\u00e3o e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o na Track&amp;Field, nem formal, nem informal. Os rumores aconteceram por causa do momento de mercado: temos acesso a capital muito f\u00e1cil e algumas empresas s\u00e3o alvo de compra. Vimos opera\u00e7\u00f5es acontecendo, mas nada relacionado a n\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o do jornal <b>O Estado de S.
