A a\u00e7\u00e3o da Weg<\/strong> (WEGE3)<\/a> subia 5,84% nesta quarta-feira (28), por volta das 14h16, ap\u00f3s a empresa ter divulgado no \u00faltimo preg\u00e3o um\u00a0lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 1,1 bilh\u00e3o no segundo trimestre de 2021, uma alta de 120,6% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado.<\/p>\t

\nO Ebtida (lucro antes de juros, impostos, amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o e deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o) da Weg somou R$ 1,3 bilh\u00e3o, avan\u00e7o de 90,2% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual, conforme informou a empresa.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Weg, o lucro l\u00edquido foi positivamente impactado pelo reconhecimento dos cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios<\/strong> referente \u00e0 exclus\u00e3o do ICMS da base de c\u00e1lculo do PIS e Confis. Al\u00e9m dos efeitos no Ebtida, que tiveram um impacto positivo no resultado financeiro<\/a>, de R$ 129,9 milh\u00f5es, e um aumento no imposto de renda auferido destes cr\u00e9ditos, de R$ 147,5 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

“Desconsiderando estes efeitos n\u00e3o recorrentes, o lucro l\u00edquido seria de R$ 851,9 milh\u00f5es neste trimestre, um crescimento de 65,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao segundo trimestre, com uma margem l\u00edquida<\/a> de 14,8%”, informou a companhia.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da Weg, entre os destaques de empresas desta semana est\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m a CSN (CSNA3)<\/a>, que obteve um lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 5,5 bilh\u00f5es no segundo trimestre, alta de 1.136%. J\u00e1 o Santander (SANB11)<\/a> lucrou R$ 4,1 bilh\u00f5es e chega a 50 milh\u00f5es de clientes no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n

Por sua vez, o lucro da Assa\u00ed (ASAI3) registrou\u00a0lucro l\u00edquido<\/strong> de R$ 305 milh\u00f5es, o que equivale a um crescimento de 62%.<\/p>\n

Weg pagar\u00e1 R$ 663,69 milh\u00f5es em dividendos intermedi\u00e1rios<\/h2>\n

O conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Weg decidiu, na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (27), declarar R$ 663.691.296,93 em dividendos intermedi\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

O valor total corresponde a pouco mais de R$ 0,15817 por a\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa. O pagamento est\u00e1 previsto para o dia 11 de agosto desse ano.<\/p>\n

Apenas os acionistas com pap\u00e9is da Weg ao final do preg\u00e3o<\/strong> do dia 30 de julho deste ano ter\u00e3o direito de receber\u00a0 os proventos. A partir do dia 2 de agosto as a\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o negociadas “ex-dividendos intermedi\u00e1rios<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

No final de junho, a companhia j\u00e1 havia declarado a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 86.139.984,69 em juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio <\/a><\/strong>(JCP).<\/a><\/p>\n

O montante total a ser distribu\u00eddo como JCP equivale a pouco mais de R$ 0,02052 por a\u00e7\u00e3o. Os JCP<\/strong> ter\u00e3o reten\u00e7\u00e3o de 15% por a\u00e7\u00e3o, a t\u00edtulo de Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte<\/strong>, e assim o valor l\u00edquido pago por a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de, aproximadamente, R$ 0,01745.<\/p>\n

O pagamento desses proventos tamb\u00e9m deve acontecer no dia 11 de agosto desse ano, mas apenas os acionistas que tinham a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia ao final do dia 25 de junho ter\u00e3o direito de receber os JCP. Desde o dia 28 de junho os pap\u00e9is est\u00e3o sendo negociados “ex-juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio<\/strong>“, informou a Weg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t
