data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\"><strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/a>, e se o desdobramento for aprovado, cada ativo se dividir\u00e1 em 6, e assim o pre\u00e7o dos pap\u00e9is diminuir\u00e1 na mesma propor\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a isso, o n\u00famero de a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia aumentar\u00e1, mas seu capital social n\u00e3o aumentar\u00e1, e permanecer\u00e1 em R$ 772.177.510,0, mas ser\u00e1 dividido em 803.598.000 a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>Em fato relevante enviado \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (<strong>CVM<\/strong>) na \u00faltima sexta-feira (26), o M\u00e9liuz explicou que o principal objetivo do desdobramento das a\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 &#8220;conferir melhor patamar para a cota\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es a bi<\/h2>\n<p>Na \u00faltima semana a M\u00e9liuz\u00a0precificou sua <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-restrita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">oferta restrita<\/a> de a\u00e7\u00f5es (follow-on) no valor de R$ 57,00 por papel, o que significa que opera\u00e7\u00e3o soma R$ 1,1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A oferta restrita consiste na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria de 7,5 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es e secund\u00e1ria de 12,7 milh\u00f5es de pap\u00e9is.
