acionistas da M\u00e9liuz votar\u00e3o a proposta de <strong>desdobramento<\/strong> em Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria (AGE) marcada para o dia 23 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a companhia de <strong>cashback<\/strong> conta com 133.933.000 <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\"><strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/a> emitidas, e com o desdobramento, cada pap\u00e9l se dividir\u00e1 em 6, e assim o pre\u00e7o dos ativos diminuir\u00e1 na mesma propor\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Se o desdobramento for aprovado, os acionistas da companhia devem receber 5 a\u00e7\u00f5es novas para cada papel que tiverem na data-base, totalizando 6 a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar do n\u00famero de a\u00e7\u00f5es aumentar, o capital social da companhia n\u00e3o aumentar\u00e1, e permanecer\u00e1 em R$ 772.177.510,0, mas ser\u00e1 dividido em 803.598.000 a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-da-vida-financeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" da Companhia tem como principal objetivo conferir melhor patamar para a cota\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es a fim de torn\u00e1-las mais<strong> acess\u00edvel aos M\u00e9liuz\u00a0precificou sua <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-restrita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">oferta restrita<\/a> de a\u00e7\u00f5es (follow-on) no valor de R$ 57,00 por papel, o que significa que opera\u00e7\u00e3o soma R$ 1,1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A oferta restrita consiste na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria de 7,5 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es e secund\u00e1ria de 12,7 milh\u00f5es de pap\u00e9is.
