Os membros da equipe de vendas, negocia\u00e7\u00e3o e pesquisa foram orientados a retornar em tempo integral em junho. Ao passo que muitos funcion\u00e1rios de vendas e negocia\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 estiveram no escrit\u00f3rio durante grande parte do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>Os membros da equipe do <strong>Goldman<\/strong>, por sua vez, retornaram em 14 de junho e foram recebidos com uma frota de food trucks. David Solomon, <strong>CEO do banco<\/strong>, disse em fevereiro que trabalhar em casa n\u00e3o \u00e9 o novo normal: &#8220;\u00c9 uma aberra\u00e7\u00e3o que vamos corrigir o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Os l\u00edderes de ambos os bancos dizem que estar no escrit\u00f3rio leva a uma melhor colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de ideias, e reclamaram ainda que os funcion\u00e1rios s\u00e3o menos produtivos em casa.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77030\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Para aqueles que retornam ao escrit\u00f3rio, algumas empresas institu\u00edram requisitos de vacinas, enquanto outras est\u00e3o exigindo pr\u00e1ticas continuadas de distanciamento social para qualquer funcion\u00e1rio n\u00e3o vacinado.<\/p>\n<p>Todavia, outros bancos est\u00e3o apostando que a atitude r\u00edgida parecer\u00e1 desatualizada e os ajudar\u00e1 a atrair novos talentos.
