Hering passa a ser subsidi\u00e1ria integral da <strong>Soma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fechado em abril deste ano, o acordo com a catarinense Hering coloca o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/soma3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Grupo Soma<\/strong> (SOMA3)<\/a> em novo patamar entre os varejistas nacionais.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia, at\u00e9 aqui, se limitava \u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado premium. Agora, vai para o segmento de massa.
