Segundo a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, eles <strong>omitiram<\/strong> do mercado os termos do <strong>Memorando de Entendimentos<\/strong>. Embora\u00a0tenha sido firmado com entre a <strong>Embraer<\/strong> e a\u00a0<strong>Boeing<\/strong> em julho de 2018, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3 se tornaram p\u00fablicas em outubro, quando anexadas na a\u00e7\u00e3o movida pelo <strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho<\/strong> contra a transa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/acionistas-minoria-embraer-tentam-investida-contra-boeing\/\">Saiba mais: Acionistas de minoria da Embraer tentam investida contra a Boeing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Trata-se de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o eivada de <strong>ilegalidades,<\/strong> tanto no que diz respeito \u00e0 lei das SA quanto aos aspectos criminais abordados em nossa <strong>not\u00edcia-crime&#8221;,<\/strong> disse o presidente da <strong>Abadin,<\/strong> Aur\u00e9lio Valporto.<\/p>\n<p>A peti\u00e7\u00e3o da associa\u00e7\u00e3o alega que fatos relevantes de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o, conhecidos pelos conselheiros mas n\u00e3o informados ao mercado, devem ser comunicados ao <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvm.gov.br\/\"><strong>Conselho de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM)<\/strong><\/a>, segundo determina\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo 60 do conselho.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Embraer<\/strong> nega a irregularidade. &#8220;A <strong>Embraer<\/strong> n\u00e3o tem conhecimento de qualquer not\u00edcia-crime perante o <strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal<\/strong> e continuar\u00e1 a esclarecer eventuais d\u00favidas que lhe forem apresentadas pelo <strong>MPF<\/strong> ou por qualquer outro \u00f3rg\u00e3o governamental ou judicial&#8221;, informou a fabricante em nota. &#8220;Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa reitera que vem mantendo o <strong>mercado<\/strong> consistentemente informado das tratativas e evolu\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 transa\u00e7\u00e3o com a <strong>Boeing,<\/strong> cumprindo com todas as normas referentes \u00e0 divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Os <strong>conselheiros<\/strong> acusados pela <strong>Abradin:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alexandre Gon\u00e7alves Silva<\/li>\n<li>Alexandre Magalh\u00e3es Filho<\/li>\n<li>Cec\u00edlia Mendes Garcez Siqueira<\/li>\n<li>Dejair Losnak Filho<\/li>\n<li>Israel Vainboin<\/li>\n<li>Jo\u00e3o Cox Neto<\/li>\n<li>Jos\u00e9 Magno Resende de Ara\u00fajo<\/li>\n<li>Maria Let\u00edcia de Freitas Costa<\/li>\n<li>Pedro Wongtschowsky<\/li>\n<li>Raul Calfat<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9rgio Eraldo de Salles Pinto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Acionistas de minoria da Embraer tentam investida contra a Boeing<\/h2>\n<p>Na semana passada, a revista Exame publicou que um <strong>grupo de acionistas de minoria<\/strong> da <strong>Embraer<\/strong> realizaria nos pr\u00f3ximos dias uma <strong>investida contra<\/strong> a <strong>fus\u00e3o<\/strong> com a <strong>Boeing.<\/strong> O grupo quer pressionar o <strong>governo<\/strong> para tentar <strong>impedir<\/strong> a uni\u00e3o das duas <strong>fabricantes<\/strong> de avi\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a reportagem, os <strong>acionistas minorit\u00e1rios<\/strong> da <strong>Embraer<\/strong> se juntariam com um <strong>grupo de advogados<\/strong>.
