Dessa forma, o percentual encontrado \u00e9 0,09% superior a <strong>infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> do mesmo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>No acumulado de um ano, com fim em janeiro, o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio de novos contratos para <strong>loca\u00e7\u00e3o residencial<\/strong> acumulava alta de 2,39%. Dessa forma, a alta foi abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo per\u00edodo, que, de acordo com o <strong>\u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA)<\/strong>, foi de 3,7%.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"40\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A pesquisa considerou os pre\u00e7os para <strong>loca\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis<\/strong> em 25 cidades.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1.21429rem;\">Dessas, <strong>Bras\u00edlia<\/strong> foi a que registrou maior crescimento dos valores, com uma alta de 2,15% em janeiro. Em contrapartida, <strong>Salvador<\/strong> teve a maior queda com um recuo de 0,96%.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles active-capital-letter\" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"58\" data-block-id=\"1\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container theme-color-primary-first-letter\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Al\u00e9m disso, os dados apontam que <strong>S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> possui o metro quadrado mais cara para <strong>loca\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, com uma m\u00e9dia de R$ 37,02. Nesses casos, os reajustes s\u00e3o baseados em \u00edndices variados como o <strong>\u00cdndice Geral de Pre\u00e7os &#8211; Mercado (IGP-M)<\/strong>, gerenciado pela <strong>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas (FGV)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O \u00cdndice Geral de Pre\u00e7os &#8211; Mercado (IGP-M), usado no reajuste de contratos de <strong>aluguel<\/strong>, teve <strong>infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de 0,55% na segunda pr\u00e9via de fevereiro.
