At\u00e9 o momento, o FII SNFF11 alocou 45,93% dos recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Com os recursos provenientes das compras realizadas ao longo do m\u00eas passado, a expectativa da gestora \u00e9 de aumento nos rendimentos dos pr\u00f3ximos meses.\u00a0&#8220;A grande diferen\u00e7a est\u00e1 nos rendimentos dos <strong>fundos imobili\u00e1rios<\/strong> que foram provisionados em 31\/5 por\u00e9m ser\u00e3o pagos apenas em junho. O estudo de viabilidade estima um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividend-yield-como-calcular\/\"><em><strong>dividend yield<\/strong><\/em> <strong>(DY)<\/strong><\/a> de 7,34% a partir do segundo ano.<\/p>\n<h2>A proposta do SNFF11<\/h2>\n<p>A proposta do<strong> fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> da <strong>Suno Asset<\/strong> consiste em oferecer um novo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundos-de-fundos\/\">fundo de fundos (FoF)<\/a> que tenha de 70% a 80% de seus recursos alocados em ativos geradores de renda, com foco no recebimento de <strong>dividendos<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m das <strong>cotas de FIIs<\/strong>, o fundo pode aplicar em ativos imobili\u00e1rios como <strong>Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Imobili\u00e1rios (CRI)<\/strong>,<strong> <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/letras-hipotecarias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">Letras Hipotec\u00e1rias<\/a> (LH)<\/strong>, <strong>Letras de Cr\u00e9dito Imobili\u00e1rio (LCI)<\/strong>, entre outros.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00daltima cota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>A cota do fundo imobili\u00e1rio <strong>SNFF11\u00a0<\/strong>encerrou o preg\u00e3o de hoje em alta de 0,28%, valendo R$ 103,28.
