O pre\u00e7o que a Br Properties pagou pelo Centauri foi de R$ 157 milh\u00f5es, o que equivale a aproximadamente, R$ 2.500 por metro quadrado.<\/p>\n<h2>Cota\u00e7\u00e3o da BR Properties<\/h2>\n<p>Por volta das 16h dessa ter\u00e7a-feira (15), a a\u00e7\u00e3o da\u00a0 <strong>BR Properties (BRPR3)<\/strong> operava em queda de 0,21%, valendo R$ 9,67.
