(divulga\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Antes do <strong>leil\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong>na quinta-feira (14) na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/b3\/\">B3<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/bmf\/\">BM&amp;F<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/bovespa-precedente-b3\/\">Bovespa<\/a>), a gestora <strong>GWI<\/strong> possu\u00eda 49,94% da <strong>Gafisa<\/strong>. Isso corresponde a\u00a0uma <strong>participa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> equivalente a 21.653.496 <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, segundo apura\u00e7\u00e3o da &#8220;Arena do Pavini&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>GWI<\/strong> j\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/gafisa-confirma-boato-venda-gwi\/\">havia confirmado que negociava a venda<\/a> de sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o na empresa.\u00a0A gestora do empres\u00e1rio coreano <strong>Mu Hak You<\/strong> assumiu a <b>construtora\u00a0<\/b>em setembro, e trocou o <strong>Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e a diretoria executiva.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/gafisa-gasta-18-milhoes-recompra-acoes\/\">Saiba mais &#8211;\u00a0Apesar de dificuldades, Gafisa gasta R$ 18 mi em recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Gest\u00e3o da GWI<\/h2>\n<p>A gestora de investimentos GWI foi fundada por <strong>Mu Hak You<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mu Hak You<\/strong> \u00e9 conhecido por participar ativamente da gest\u00e3o das empresas nas quais investe. O empres\u00e1rio j\u00e1 desentendeu-se com s\u00f3cios, como no caso das <strong>Lojas Americanas<\/strong> (LAME4) e, mais recentemente, na <strong>Saraiva<\/strong> (SLED4).<\/p>\n<p>Desde a mudan\u00e7a de controle, em setembro do ano passado, a <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> realizou <strong>demiss\u00f5es<\/strong>, deixou de pagar fornecedores e\u00a0passou a buscar a <strong>renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de contratos que considera pouco vantajosos.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o jornal \u201cO Estado de S. Paulo\u201d, os preju\u00edzos enfrentados pela <strong>construtora<\/strong> s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2017: perda de\u00a0R$ 849,8 milh\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>2018: perda de R$ 122,5 milh\u00f5es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/gafisa-desvio-recursos-acoes\/\">Saiba mais &#8211;\u00a0Gafisa \u00e9 acusada de desvio de recursos e a\u00e7\u00f5es caem 6%\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Desvio de recursos<\/h2>\n<p>Em 6 de fevereiro, a <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> registrou forte queda nas a\u00e7\u00f5es na B3. A <strong>baixa<\/strong> ocorreu ap\u00f3s a companhia ser acusada por uma securitizadora de desvio de recursos. Os pap\u00e9is da construtora encerraram a R$ 13,01, recuando 6,54%.<\/p>\n<p>A Gafisa havia securitizado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/certificados-recebiveis-imobiliarios\/\">Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Imobili\u00e1rios<\/a> (CRI) \u00e0 <strong>Polo Capital Securitizadora<\/strong>. Ou seja, os cr\u00e9ditos imobili\u00e1rios haviam sido transferidos para outro credor.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, a <strong>Polo Capital<\/strong> teria <strong>direito<\/strong> de receber parte dos <strong>valores pagos<\/strong> pelos clientes da companhia.<\/p>\n<p>Contudo, segundo a <strong>securitizadora<\/strong>, a empreiteira teria enviado, neste m\u00eas, <strong>novos boletos<\/strong> de cobran\u00e7a aos clientes, nos quais constavam os dados banc\u00e1rios da pr\u00f3pria da construtora, em vez dos relativos \u00e0 Polo Capital.<\/p>\n<p>O total a ser recebido seria de R$ 1,8 milh\u00e3o. A <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> emitiu cerca de R$ 300 milh\u00f5es em <strong>CRIs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Em fato relevante anunciado na ter\u00e7a-feira (5), a <strong>Polo Capital<\/strong> apontou \u201cdescumprimento de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o e cobran\u00e7a dos cr\u00e9ditos prevista nos contratos de cess\u00e3o firmados entre as partes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos boletos, a <strong>securitizadora<\/strong> diz que \u201ca <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> passou a receber indevidamente os cr\u00e9ditos de compradores de im\u00f3veis de titularidade da securitizadora\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por meio de nota \u00e0 Imprensa, a <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> informou que est\u00e1 \u201ctomando as medidas cab\u00edveis\u201d em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de ter se apropriado indevidamente de cr\u00e9ditos de compradores de im\u00f3veis que deveriam ser usados para remunerar opera\u00e7\u00e3o de securitiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A GWI realizou um leil\u00e3o especial, no qual vendeu 14,6 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es da Gafisa\u00a0(GFSA3), equivalente a 33,67% dos papeis ordin\u00e1rios da construtora.
