Antes muito t\u00e9cnicas e acostumadas a falar &#8220;dif\u00edcil&#8221;, em uma linguagem cheia de jarg\u00f5es, essas \u00e1reas est\u00e3o tendo de reinventar sua comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolver ferramentas para atingir o novo p\u00fablico pouco experiente no mercado de a\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso porque os investidores procuram investir em empresas que conhe\u00e7am bem &#8211; da\u00ed a prefer\u00eancia pelos &#8220;banc\u00f5es&#8221;. Na esteira da queda nos juros, por\u00e9m, o n\u00famero de investidores pessoas f\u00edsicas no maior banco privado da Am\u00e9rica Latina saiu de 250 mil para 500 mil, obrigando uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de rela\u00e7\u00f5es com investidores.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s um ano debru\u00e7ado sobre o assunto, o Ita\u00fa resolveu mudar suas ferramentas e reformou todo o site de RI para aumentar a acessibilidade, incluindo ali o uso de intelig\u00eancia artificial. Criou o seu pr\u00f3prio dicion\u00e1rio, que batizou de &#8216;Ita\u00fapedia&#8217;, com a proposta de decifrar termos por vezes inacess\u00edveis. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O banco possui hoje uma estrutura 100% dedicada \u00e0s pessoas f\u00edsicas, que t\u00eam uma demanda por informa\u00e7\u00e3o e d\u00favidas muito distantes dos grandes investidores.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9 preciso garantir que grandes fundos e pessoas f\u00edsicas tenham acesso \u00e0 mesma informa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas de fato n\u00e3o \u00e9 um trabalho trivial, pois o n\u00edvel de conhecimento varia&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>Fen\u00f4meno semelhante ocorreu na fabricante de motores e equipamentos Weg. Do fim de 2018 at\u00e9 aqui, o total de investidores pessoa f\u00edsica se multiplicou por dez, para 300 mil pessoas. Parte desses investidores \u00e9 atendido pela Wendi, assistente virtual da \u00e1rea de rela\u00e7\u00f5es com investidores da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ali \u00e9 poss\u00edvel sanar as principais demandas. Responde que o interessado precisa procurar uma corretora e sugere, na sequ\u00eancia, que \u00e9 importante buscar mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es junto \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria B3 e ao regulador, a Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM). Ela tamb\u00e9m responde \u00e0 pergunta mais comum nesta \u00e9poca do ano: informe de rendimentos para o Imposto de Renda.<\/p>\n<p>Na Weg, a mudan\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m chegou \u00e0s redes sociais, pois \u00e9 onde muitos investidores tiram d\u00favidas. Por isso, Salgueiro conta que a \u00e1rea tamb\u00e9m come\u00e7ou a fazer um monitoramento nas redes &#8211; algo que identificaram como necess\u00e1rio com o aumento de investidores indo buscar informa\u00e7\u00f5es por meio dos &#8220;influencers&#8221; na internet.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor-presidente do Instituto Brasileiro de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es com Investidores (Ibri), Bruno Salem Brasil, afirma que a \u00e1rea de RI est\u00e1 em uma curva de aprendizado para entender como esses novos <strong>investidores<\/strong> v\u00e3o buscar informa\u00e7\u00f5es. &#8220;As ferramentas de RI utilizadas no passado t\u00eam seu valor, mas est\u00e3o sendo incorporados novos instrumentos.&#8221; Ele frisa, ainda, que \u00e9 natural que a \u00e1rea de RI tenha cautela para ingressar em uma nova rede para fazer sua comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;O RI n\u00e3o pode viver de modismo.
