Al\u00e9m de construir, a <strong>Shell<\/strong>, a <strong>MHPS<\/strong> e a <strong>P\u00e1tria<\/strong> ir\u00e3o operar a <strong>usina termoel\u00e9trica<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 abastecida com o g\u00e1s do <strong>pr\u00e9-sal<\/strong> em Maca\u00e9. A usina vai se chamar <strong>Marlim Azul<\/strong>, com opera\u00e7\u00e3o prevista para 2022.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/petrobras-producao-gas-petroleo-lula-norte\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Petrobras inicia produ\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s e petr\u00f3leo na P-67 em Lula Norte<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na composi\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria, a <strong>P\u00e1tria Investimentos<\/strong> ficar\u00e1 como s\u00f3cio majorit\u00e1rio, com 50,1% do neg\u00f3cio. J\u00e1 o <strong>Grupo Shell<\/strong> ter\u00e1 29,9% e a <strong>MHPS<\/strong> 20%. De acordo com a <strong>P\u00e1tria<\/strong>, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da planta pode gerar 1.500 <strong>empregos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Marlim Azul<\/strong> ser\u00e1 a primeira a empregar as turbinas a g\u00e1s <strong>M501JAC<\/strong> da <strong>Mitsubishi<\/strong>. Com o equipamento, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel produzir <strong>eletricidade<\/strong> mais <strong>eficiente<\/strong> e confi\u00e1vel gastando pouca <strong>\u00e1gua<\/strong> e emitindo menos gases prejudiciais ao <strong>meio ambiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A parceria entre as empresas inclui o desenvolvimento de planta da <strong>usina<\/strong> e a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o da energia por meio de um leil\u00e3o realizado pela <strong>Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Energia El\u00e9trica (Aneel)<\/strong>\u00a0em dezembro de 2017.
