Em 2019, as empresas anunciaram que estudavam a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios, mas a discuss\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi \u00e0 frente.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto a BRF \u00e9 a maior exportadora mundial de carne de frango, a Marfrig tem suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es centradas em carne bovina e \u00e9 a maior produtora mundial de hamb\u00fargueres. Geograficamente, a uni\u00e3o das empresas tamb\u00e9m pode fazer sentido. A BRF possui 82% da receita no Brasil, enquanto a Marfrig contabiliza 80% de sua receita vinda da Am\u00e9rica do Norte.<\/p>\n<p>A XP v\u00ea sinergias comerciais bem interessantes numa poss\u00edvel combina\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios. O portf\u00f3lio mais diversificado facilitaria a precifica\u00e7\u00e3o e facilitaria o aumento de marketshare, segundo analistas da corretora.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a semana, o boato de uma poss\u00edvel fus\u00e3o corria o mercado e as a\u00e7\u00f5es mostraram movimento de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Na sexta-feira, a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/marfrig-mrfg3-a-maior-acionista-brf-brfs3\/\">Marfrig comprou a\u00e7\u00f5es da BRF no mercado<\/a><\/strong> e passou a deter mais de 24% da companhia.
