As empresas recorrem a essa a\u00e7\u00e3o para captar recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Os recursos captados com a<strong> emiss\u00e3o de deb\u00eantures<\/strong> da <strong>primeira<\/strong> e da <strong>segunda s\u00e9ries<\/strong> ser\u00e3o aplicados em atividades de explora\u00e7\u00e3o. A \u00e1rea avaliada ser\u00e1 a dos blocos de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Franco;<\/li>\n<li>Florim;<\/li>\n<li>Nordeste de Tupi;<\/li>\n<li>e Entorno de Iara do contrato de cess\u00e3o onerosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o aplicados em atividades de desenvolvimento e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s natural nos campos de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B\u00fazios;<\/li>\n<li>Itapu;<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9pia;<\/li>\n<li>e Atapu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Os recursos da<strong> terceira s\u00e9rie<\/strong>, por sua vez, ser\u00e3o usados no pagamento de d\u00edvidas. Caso haja excedente, ir\u00e1 para refor\u00e7ar o caixa da estatal.
