Ap\u00f3s a Rede D’Or<\/strong> (RDOR3)<\/a>, de hospitais e cl\u00ednicas, publicar seu balan\u00e7o do primeiro trimestre de 2021 na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (17), analistas comentaram o desempenho da companhia. Tanto para a Ativa Investimentos quanto para a XP, os resultados superaram as expectativas – as duas casas mantiveram a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de compra para os pap\u00e9is.<\/p>\t

“A Rede D\u2019Or divulgou resultados operacionais muito fortes no primeiro trimestre de 2021<\/strong>, superando as nossas estimativas, impulsionada por uma receita l\u00edquida robusta, que refletiu uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de um aumento de leitos operacionais, de uma taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o mais alta e de um ticket m\u00e9dio<\/a> mais alto” diz o analista Vitor Pini, da XP.<\/p>\n

A receita l\u00edquida<\/a>, de R$ 4,7 bilh\u00f5es, superou a proje\u00e7\u00e3o da XP em 12% e o Ebitda (lucros antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a>, de R$ 1,3 bilh\u00e3o, foi 21% que o consenso.<\/p>\n

O lucro da Rede D’Or, de R$ 402 milh\u00f5es, por\u00e9m, frustrou a proje\u00e7\u00e3o do analista da corretora de Guilherme Benchimol, que esperava algo pr\u00f3ximo a R$ 482 milh\u00f5es, por conta das despesas financeiras e itens n\u00e3o recorrentes – o lucro ajustado, excluindo os fatores n\u00e3o “normais”, teria superado a proje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para a Ativa, a receita l\u00edquida ficou 6,4% acima do consenso, o Ebitda , 16,5% maior, e o lucro, 27%. “O bom desempenho se deu pela retomada nos procedimentos cir\u00fargicos eletivos e pelo crescimento org\u00e2nico e inorg\u00e2nico de leitos”, explicam os analistas da corretora.<\/p>\n

Rede D’Or aumenta n\u00famero de leitos<\/h2>\n

A Rede D’Or aumentou seu n\u00famero de leitos em 644 ao longo do primeiro trimestre deste ano. Considerando as aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, os leitos operacionais adicionados somam 798 entre janeiro e mar\u00e7o: s\u00e3o agora 8,2 mil vagas, crescimento de 14% no ano e superando a estimativa de 7,5 mil da XP.<\/p>\n

Com o retorno dos tratamentos mais complexos (o setor de oncologia, por exemplo, cresceu 49% no ano), a Rede D’Or conseguiu tamb\u00e9m aumentar o seu ticket m\u00e9dio em 16% na base anual, o que, junto com o maior volume de pacientes-dia, auxilio no impulso da receita,<\/p>\n

“Al\u00e9m do crescimento de 86% no Ebitda, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do maior volume de atendimento e tickets maiores, houve expans\u00e3o de 5,6 p.p. na margem Ebitda, que fechou em 24%”, pontua a Ativa, sobre um ganho de efici\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Entre os pontos negativos, a Ativa aponta para o crescimento de 28,5% da d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a> na base trimestral, chegando a R$ 7,2 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

A XP estabeleceu seu pre\u00e7o-alvo para as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Rede D’Or<\/strong> em R$ 85. A Ativa, em R$ 76,30. \u00c0s 13h30, os pap\u00e9is da companhia do setor da sa\u00fade operam em alta de 1,71%, negociadas a R$ 74,96.<\/p>\n
