De acordo com a medida, as despesas totais n\u00e3o podem ultrapassar a varia\u00e7\u00e3o da infla\u00e7\u00e3o de 12 meses at\u00e9 junho do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Com o aumento dos gastos obrigat\u00f3rios, como a <strong>Previd\u00eancia<\/strong> e a folha de pagamentos do governo, sobram menos recursos para outras despesas. Entram nessa categoria os investimentos em infraestrutura.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa forma, a equipe econ\u00f4mica prop\u00f5e uma\u00a0<strong>reforma da Previd\u00eancia<\/strong> para diminuir os gastos obrigat\u00f3rios. Assim, o governo pode alocar os recursos em outras \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>reforma da Previd\u00eancia<\/strong> \u00e9 uma das principais pautas da equipe econ\u00f4mica, que pretende encaminhar a proposta ao <strong>Congresso<\/strong>\u00a0nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/reforma-previdencia-governo-apresenta\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Reforma da Previd\u00eancia deve ser apresentada entre 19 e 21 de fevereiro<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O teto de gastos tem como finalidade diminuir os <strong>d\u00e9ficits<\/strong> nas <strong>contas p\u00fablicas<\/strong>. Nos \u00faltimos quatro anos, o rombo superou R$ 100 bilh\u00f5es. Em 2018, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/deficit-publico\/\"><strong>d\u00e9ficit prim\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/a> foi de R$ 120 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>Tesouro Nacional<\/strong> informa que os n\u00fameros dos investimentos &#8220;ilustram a import\u00e2ncia de uma ampla revis\u00e3o das despesas obrigat\u00f3rias e da rigidez or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, que comprimem o investimento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9 importante tamb\u00e9m o fortalecimento das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o do investimento p\u00fablico e um esfor\u00e7o de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o ao cen\u00e1rio fiscal&#8221;, acrescenta a institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>O <strong>Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura<\/strong> reconhece que o <strong>Brasil<\/strong> sofre com falta de investimentos no setor.
