Ficou absolutamente imposs\u00edvel, suspendeu tudo at\u00e9 que se tenha decis\u00e3o do colegiado&#8221;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com <strong>Cornacchioni<\/strong>, resta agora solidar um pedido de urg\u00eancia para que a pauta seja votada o quanto antes no plen\u00e1rio do <strong>STF<\/strong>. Apesar disso, o diretor executivo n\u00e3o tem certeza se a possibilidade seria poss\u00edvel ou &#8220;uma boa ideia&#8221;. No in\u00edcio da pr\u00f3xima semana, a <strong>Abag<\/strong> se reunir\u00e1 com outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es para tratar do assunto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/justica-aceita-pedido-recuperacao-fertilizantes-heringer\/\">Saiba mais: Justi\u00e7a aceita pedido de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da Fertilizantes Heringer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a colheita de safra se iniciar\u00e1 nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas sem uma decis\u00e3o final do <strong>STF<\/strong>. &#8220;Todos os produtores j\u00e1 est\u00e3o prevenidos quanto a isso, porque estamos arrastando a decis\u00e3o desde junho do ano passado, ent\u00e3o logicamente, cada um a seu jeito, se adaptou ao problema. Mas \u00e9 \u00f3bvio que havia expectativa de que decis\u00f5es consensuais e razo\u00e1veis fossem andar e ser decididas pelo Judici\u00e1rio&#8221;, declarou Cornacchioni.<\/p>\n<h2>Tabela de frete<\/h2>\n<p>No total, a <strong>tabela de pre\u00e7os m\u00ednimos<\/strong> do frete rodovi\u00e1rio possui tr\u00eas a\u00e7\u00f5es diretas de inconstitucionalidades no STF. Em dezembro, <strong>Fux<\/strong> concedeu uma liminar (decis\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria) que impendia a <strong>Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT)<\/strong> de multar as transportadores que ignorassem a <strong>tabela de fretes<\/strong>.
